PAINTING A BRIGHTER FUTURE FOR WOMEN
• A painting project created to benefit women throughout the globe •
The project began in 2007 with the creation of a fundraising series of original oil paintings of the native people of northern Kenya in partnership with The Boma Project, and in 2011 expanded to include the people of Bhutan and the indigenous Kuna of the San Blas Islands of Panama. By forming relationships with effective organizations in each country, painting donations are directed toward services that support the empowerment of women.
